The Parties to the Agreement
GBL Solutions N.V. runs the platform from Curaçao, holding licence OGL/2024/589/0556 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. When you open an account, you accept the TuffPuff casino terms together with the privacy policy and any rules attached to promotions or tournaments you decide to enter. Anyone who does not accept these documents should not register or keep using the site.
The rules cover every product offered under the brand: slots, RNG table games, live dealer studios and the sportsbook. Certain products also have rules of their own, such as how a bet is settled or how a leaderboard is scored. If a product rule and a general rule point in different directions, the product rule wins for that product.
How the Terms Can Change
As with most online casino terms and conditions, the text is revised when new features launch, payment partners change or the regulator updates its requirements. You will be told about significant edits through an on-site notice or an email no later than the day they apply. Playing after an update means you accept the revised wording, and the effective date of the current version is printed at the top of the official document.
Who May Open an Account
An account is available only to adults who have reached the gambling age set by their province: 19 in most of Canada, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. You must be allowed to gamble online under the laws of the place you live and must play for yourself, not on behalf of someone else or a company.
The operator may decline a registration or shut an account if the holder is under age, connects from a country where the service is not offered or supplies false details. In such cases, winnings can be withheld and deposits refunded only where the law requires it. Staff of the operator, its partners and suppliers, and members of their households, cannot hold player accounts.
One Person, One Account
Only a single account per person, household, IP address or payment method is allowed unless the operator agrees otherwise. Creating extra profiles, letting someone else use yours or registering in a false name breaks the rules, and the operator can close every linked account and cancel bonuses and winnings that came from them.
Your details must be accurate when you sign up and must stay current, so update your address or phone number whenever they change. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Any action taken with your correct login is treated as yours, which is why you should tell support at once if you think your account has been used by someone else.
Identity Verification
Before the first withdrawal, and at any later point the operator has good reason to ask, you need to prove your identity and address. Typical documents are a passport or driver's licence, a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months and evidence that the payment method belongs to you. The licence and anti-money laundering laws make these checks compulsory. Payouts can be paused until they are complete, and an account may be closed if documents are not supplied.
Funding Your Account
Deposits are accepted in Canadian dollars through the methods shown in the cashier, which include Interac, bank cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. Most methods start at C$35, and each method shows its own limits before you confirm. Every payment method you use must be registered in your own name.
Money you deposit is meant for playing. If a deposit is withdrawn without being wagered at least once, the operator can refuse the request or pass on the processing fees, since cycling cash through a gambling account without play is a typical sign of money laundering. A reversed payment or chargeback can lead to the account being frozen until the amount is repaid.
Cashing Out
| Withdrawal Rule | Current Setting |
|---|---|
| Daily limit | C$790 |
| Monthly limit | C$15,775 |
| Crypto payouts | Usually within hours of approval |
| Interac and e-wallets | 1-3 days |
| Cards and bank transfers | 3-5 days |
| Large wins | Paid in instalments within the limits |
Winnings return to the method used for the deposit wherever that is technically possible, and if it is not, the payments team agrees an alternative in your name. Higher loyalty levels can lift the daily and monthly caps. Processing begins once verification is done, and a payout can be paused if a bonus remains live, if its playthrough is unfinished or while a security check is under way. Times shown above depend on the payment provider and are given as a guide.
Promotions and Bonus Use
Every promotion is governed by the TuffPuff bonus terms attached to it, which sit on top of the general rules here. Deposit bonuses have to be wagered 40 times, while loyalty free spins need 35 times. While any bonus is active, stakes are capped at C$8 for each spin or round, and going above it can cost you the bonus and any winnings linked to it.
Games contribute differently to wagering. Slots normally count in full, while live tables, jackpot slots, RNG table games and some high-return titles may count partly or not at all. Each bonus has a time limit, and when it runs out, unused bonus money and the winnings still attached to it are removed.
Promotions are aimed at recreational play. If the operator finds signs of abuse, such as several accounts claiming one offer, hedging bets on opposite outcomes, using game errors or following low-risk patterns built only to clear wagering, it can remove bonuses and winnings and, in serious cases, close the account. This is a wide discretion, so it is worth reading before you accept any offer.
Sports Betting Rules
A pre-match bet is only accepted before the market closes, and an in-play bet only while the live market is open. A bet counts once it shows in your bet history. Odds can move between the moment you pick a selection and the moment you confirm, and the price on the confirmed slip is final.
Settlement follows the official result as defined in the sportsbook rules for each sport. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed past the allowed period or settled on an obvious mistake may be voided with stakes returned. If a bet was accepted at a price that is clearly wrong because of a technical or human error, it can be resettled at the correct price or cancelled.
Games, Errors and Interruptions
Inside each title you will find its rules and RTP percentage. Independent labs test the random number generators behind slots and table games, so every customer plays on a fair gaming platform.
A malfunction voids all bets and payouts in the rounds affected. If a round is cut off by a lost connection, the studio's rules decide whether it continues later or is cancelled. Problems that come from your own device, network or third-party software are outside the operator's responsibility.
Safer Gambling Settings
Deposit limits, timeouts and self-exclusion can be set in your profile or through support. A lower limit applies straight away, while a higher limit or the removal of a limit only applies after a waiting period. A self-exclusion cannot be cancelled early, and the operator takes reasonable steps to stop an excluded player from registering again.
Closing an Account
You can ask support to close your account whenever you wish. Once verification is complete, the remaining cash balance is paid to you, after any sums owed to the operator are deducted.
The operator can suspend or close an account for breaking these rules, for suspected fraud or money laundering, for abusive behaviour towards staff or where continued play would breach the licence. Winnings connected to a serious breach may be kept by the operator. Accounts left unused for a long time may be classed as inactive, and the official terms describe any fees or balance treatment that applies in that case.
Forbidden Activities
The site must never be used for anything unlawful. That includes using someone else's card or wallet, working with other players to gain an advantage, running bots or scripts, taking advantage of software faults, masking your location to get around restrictions and betting on events whose result you already know. Any of these can lead to immediate closure and the loss of related winnings.
Limits on Liability
The site is offered as it is, without a promise that it will always run without errors or downtime. As far as the law permits, the operator accepts no liability for indirect damage, lost profits or losses beyond the deposits you made during the period in question. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not affected.
Raising a Complaint
If something goes wrong, start with the casino team and support by chat or the site's contact form, and include as many details as you can, such as dates, amounts and game names. Complaints are acknowledged quickly and usually answered within a few days. If the final reply does not satisfy you, the matter can be taken to the Curaçao Gaming Authority or to an independent dispute resolution service.
Curaçao law governs these terms. That choice of law does not take away any consumer rights you hold under the laws of your own province.
The Purpose Behind the Rules
Rules are what separate a trusted online casino from a site that changes its mind when it suits it. The identity checks, bonus limits and payment checks described above may feel strict at times, yet they are how a secure casino brand delivers secure casino payments and keeps each balance safe from misuse. TuffPuff has only a short online casino history behind it, so applying the same rules to everyone is the main way it builds trust with its casino community. Any gaming innovation added to the platform in future will come with written conditions available before anyone can try it.
